Beach, blue sea, silence and only nature around us. This is Yoga on the Pura Vida Beach Playa Niu Blau and Ayda Ellis will be your professionell Yoga teacher. Since 9 years she is one with the Yoga world but she is a normal “girl” like you and me: “This huge passion for Yoga keeps me happy and confident in my daily life!”
Every tuesday from 6.30 - 8pm you can join Ayda for Hatha/Tantra Yoga! Everybody is welcome who is interessted in Yoga and will open his mind, find the balance or the ones who still doing Yoga every day!
Direct on the beach between the trees on the wooden platform to be relaxed!
€ 15,- for 90min including Yoga matts and a ticket for ten times you can buy directly at Yoga y Yuni for € 120,-.
And for the ones who will join the beautifull surrounding a bit longer they can order a green tea or a glass of bubbles after and enjoy it on the beach onto the sunbeds!
