From a very quick phone call when over in Ibiza until right now, two months after our wedding, Alexandra has been there for us. In Easter 2013 we travelled to Ibiza to do some wedding planning. When over there Pura Vida was recommended to us so we popped along to the venue and even though it was shut for the winter months we knew that we wanted to celebrate our wedding there. We emailed Alexandra and met her at Pura Vida the next day. Alexandra is one of the most lovely people we have met and made us feel welcome right from the beginning. We have been in constant email contact and any question no matter how small is answered with care, thought and advise.

We travelled back in August 2013 and had a tasting, the food was the best food my husband and myself have ever eaten and we both thought that it couldn’t be that good on the day when they were having to cook for 54 people instead of just two. We were wrong, the food on the day was just as amazing, and it kept coming! All of our guests have commented that not only was it the best wedding food they have ever eaten but some of the best food they have eaten ever.

A few days before the wedding we went to met Alexandra to confirm details and leave some of the wedding touches with her. On the day everything was set out exactly how we wanted.

During the day everything we asked was done straight away and with no fuss. All of the staff we came across, from the tasting through to the day, were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We don’t have one single negative thing to say about the venue and the people.

Alexandra and her sister-in-law Alexandra helped us to organise a hen do, for 20 people, and a pre-wedding meal, for 52 people, at their restaurant Samovar. Again with these two events nothing was too much trouble and the staff were amazing. They ensured that both events were different so our guests got a variety of experiences. There efficiency and understanding of how to organise such events made sure that they ran smoothly and everyone had a great time.

We can not recommend Pura Vida, Alexandra and all of the staff enough. Our wedding was so special and a lot of that is down to them. Our guests had an amazing time and even today they can’t stop talking about it.

We will back to visit any opportunity we get.
