Live Balearic music and Flamenco at Pura Vida Beach Restaurant, Ibiza
Paco Fernández is a renowned Flamenco guitarist who blends electronic sounds with the acoustic guitar. In addition to playing in local island bars in Ibiza, he has toured countries around the globe such as Romania, Hong Kong, Moscow, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, London, Manchester, Berlin, Munich, Vienna, and Maastricht, Nice, Milan, Rome and Athens.
As our guest musician, Paco Fernández and his group of entertainers, including Flamenco dancer, pianist Juanma Redondo, and voice and electronics Steve Dr Gwon, are always a delight.

Many of our ‘favourites’ have returned this season. Still, to make an extra special summer, we’ve added plenty of new high-quality dishes, some of which are unique to our Mediterranean-style beach restaurant. Massimo Larosa, our Executive Chef, has created with his international kitchen crew (from Italy, Germany, Spain, and Switzerland) a fantastic modern-contemporary dining menu for 2022.
You won’t be able to resist the exquisite menu of this season, perfect for an unforgettable evening under the stars. Using fresh local ingredients enriched with a contemporary touch, we strive to offer innovative food in a timeless beach setting.
You will find something great to tickle your taste, whether it’s our light and refreshing tuna tataki with fennel, orange and mezcal, or our raw giant prawns “Carabinero” with burrata and lime. You might also like our crispy veal tartare with parmesan and raspberry, the classic “lubina a la sal” or our traditional seafood creamy rice. Last, but not least, you might want to try our special Pasta; from the most famous Italian dish in the world “Spaghetti al pomodoro ”, to more the sophisticated ones with truffles, with clams and mussels or crayfish tartare.
