Pura Vida Beach Restaurant Ibiza Local Produce Menu Focus
Ready for the summer 2022 we have decided to place even more emphasis on local produce in our exclusive menu at Pura Vida Beach Restaurant in Ibiza. Over the winter season we been busy working behind the scenes, and have now officially closed agreements with two local organic farms, located in the centre of the island for all of our menu’s fresh seasonal vegetables and local produce.
Additionally, we have confirmed our partnerships and contracts with two Balearic fishermen, from the islands best known suppliers, Peix Nostrum, to ensure we get the very best fish from the Balearic Islands, which will be delivered directly to our restaurant on a daily basis. The fish delivered by our local fish suppliers assures that our fish and seafood is of the highest quality, guaranteeing that everything is caught by professional fishing boats on the island of Ibiza and no more than four hours have passed since their capture until they reach the Fish Market.
Our Best Ibiza Beach Restaurant Menu to Date!
Last year it was an absolute pleasure to welcome our new Executive Chef, Massimo Larosa to Pura Vida Beach Restaurant, Ibiza. Together, we have been working with passion over the past season to infuse a fresh new approach to our food and menu. Massimo has proven himself to be one of the key attributes for the success of our new venture, and collectively we are continuing to push the boundaries by creating even better innovative dishes here at our beautiful beach restaurant in the coming season as well.
This season 2022 we have designed a tremendous menu that has been specifically created with a traditional beach setting in mind, emphasizing the importance of utilizing the most innovative techniques to enhance the flavours of indigenous ingredients from our island, all enriched by a modern contemporary touch. The menu for 2022 will include red prawns, Formentera octopus, dentex, and seasonal vegetables.

A Glimpse of Our Ibiza Beach Restaurant 2022 Menu
Red Prawns with Campari Orange
Ibiza red prawns in their natural state, seasoned with orange peel, oil, salt, and pepper, accompanied by an orange sauce and Campari caramel. This tasty dish will work the best in combination (in our personal opinion) with our bitter-sweet Campari Orange Cocktail.
Amberjack Carpaccio, Caviar and Lime
Ibiza amberjack carpaccio marinated with lemon, lime and tarragon, finger lime and Oscetra Caviar. Perfectly paired with Champagne Philippe Gonet
Spaghettoni with Tomato and Basil
Whilst the first two dishes are fresh and intriguing, our Spaghettoni with tomato and basil is a dish that is symbolic of Italian tradition, and although that may sound simple, it is historically designed to arouse emotions, and that’s exactly what it does.
