Our Winter Ibiza Restaurants Guide – Top 5 Places to Dine in Ibiza during Winter
During a typical tourist season on the island, you will find that there are a number of excellent restaurants available for you to choose from. However, many of them don’t open during the off-season months, leaving those less familiar with the island at a loss as to where to go to enjoy a delicious meal.

Therefore, we decided to go ahead and support our local community and fellow islanders by selecting some of our top favourite restaurants in our area that are always a treat to visit during the cold winter months.

We hope you enjoy Our Winter Ibiza Restaurant Guide – Our Top 5 Places to Dine

La Escollera, Es Cavallet, Ibiza

At this island beach restaurant, you will find yourself in a little piece of paradise. The main decked terrace of La Escollera faces miles of turquoise sea and white sands, making it one of the most picturesque restaurants of the south, and one of the only in the area open during the winter.

Their authentic Mediterranean menu, including fresh seafood, the finest cuts of meat, and a variety of delicious selections for vegetarians and vegans, is designed to impress with its high quality, fresh, and local ingredients. All traditional specialty dishes such as paella, Gallo San Pedro originate from authentic recipes that have been passed down through the family’s generations.

With a wonderful vista over Formentera, Es Cavallet beach, and the Mediterranean Sea, this family-run restaurant has hosted and attracted guests (and regular local customers) from all over the world ever since opening 25 years ago.
